1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing Silah (the website and app), you agree to comply with these terms. As of 2026, users must be of legal marriageable age in India (21 years for both males and females) to create a profile. This platform is strictly for matrimonial purposes only. Use of the platform for dating, commercial advertising, or any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

2. Digital Classified Model & Fees

Silah operates as a digital classified service. We do not charge registration fees, settlement fees, or monthly subscriptions.

  • Pay-per-Listing: A nominal fee of ₹100 is charged to list your profile for a duration of 7 days.
  • Non-Refundable: All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether a match is found during the listing period.
  • Expiry: Profiles automatically become inactive after 7 days unless a renewal payment is made.

3. User Safety & Responsibilities

Silah provides a platform for connection but does not perform physical background checks on users.

  • Due Diligence: Users and their families are solely responsible for verifying the claims, character, and status of other users.
  • Security: Never share your account OTPs, passwords, or financial information with anyone.
  • Reporting: You agree to report any suspicious or fraudulent profiles immediately through our contact channels.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content. Impersonation of any individual or entity is a criminal offense and will lead to an immediate ban and reporting to authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

Silah acts as an "Intermediary" only. We are not responsible for any interactions, disputes, or losses (financial or emotional) occurring between users outside or inside the platform. Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Grievance Redressal & Jurisdiction

As per the IT Rules 2021, any grievances can be addressed to our Grievance Officer at support@silahapp.cloud. All legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
